Making the decision of living and studying abroad is not easy, but once you do it, is worth every single part of it. Living in a foreign country that becomes your own is maybe one of the most incredible experiences of mi life, I really don’t know why I didn’t do this before and I’d definitely do it again.
This experience has also taught me to value my own Country and culture as well as allowed me to gain knowledge and experience living and working in multicultural environments.
Studying abroad is one amazing feeling.
It is very hard in some moments, being able to live constantly missing your family and friends. On the other hand, my positioning about getting out of your birth country, to live in a different one will always have a stronger positive outcome, after all, is one of the best life’s experience.
The decision of studying abroad is a big step for my career and life. In Wash U, I was taught to design think as critical. I was enrolled in the 2 years Master of Architecture program in Washington University in St. Louis, a top architecture school in the world. Also, I took a gap semester in Singapore as an intern architect in DP architects. Now I am working in the bay area, California and I have never regretted my studying abroad decision. I am very appreciated for the supporting of my family.
I couldn’t imagine myself settling down so quickly in the “Masterstudy” Educational Center without the knowledge and experience that I gained through the Foundation Program.
